What is wwpLeosUserAuthProviderSkipped?

This read-write counter reports the number of times this authentication provider entry returned a 'skip me' response, meaning it declined to handle the authentication attempt, automatically resetting when the provider's type changes, and can also be cleared manually. An admin monitors it to understand how often a provider is being bypassed in the authentication chain, for example because a username isn't recognized by that provider. For example, a high skipped count on a TACACS provider could indicate most usernames being authenticated don't exist in the TACACS+ server's user database, causing it to defer to the next provider.
