What is wwpLeosUserAuthProviderFailure?

This read-write counter reports the number of times this authentication provider entry returned an explicit failure response, automatically resetting when the provider's type changes, and can also be cleared manually. An admin monitors it to detect a provider that's actively rejecting credentials, as opposed to being skipped or unreachable. For example, a rising failure count on the local provider could indicate repeated incorrect password attempts against a local account, possibly signaling a brute-force attempt.
