What is wwpLeosTrafficProfileStdDroppedBytesLo?

Reports the low-order 32 bits of the 64-bit dropped-byte count for this standard traffic profile. (The source DESCRIPTION text literally says 'higher bytes,' identical to its Hi counterpart - an apparent copy/paste slip in the MIB - but this object's own name and its position as the fourth field in the sequence make clear it is the low-order half of the pair.)
