wwpLeosListenerRefreshTimer

Module: WWP-LEOS-TABLE-CHG-NOTIF-MIB

OID (symbolic): WWP-LEOS-TABLE-CHG-NOTIF-MIB::wwpLeosListenerRefreshTimer

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6141.2.60.9.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: Setting this value will set the listener refresh timer. Device will send the trap notification 'wwpLeosTableRefreshTrap' after every 'wwpLeosListenerRefreshTimer' seconds if count value associated with 'wwpLeosListenerEntry' becomes 20 or 10 or 5. Device will delete entry from wwpLeosListenerEntry once count = 0. Minimum value is 30 sec and maximum = 1000 seconds.

What is wwpLeosListenerRefreshTimer?

Sets, in seconds, how often the device sends a wwpLeosTableRefreshTrap reminding a registered listener (NMS/EMS) to refresh its registration once its associated refresh count reaches 20, 10, or 5. Admins use this to control how proactively the device warns management stations that their listener registration is about to expire and get deleted once the count reaches 0, giving them time to re-register. Setting wwpLeosListenerRefreshTimer to 100 seconds means a listener with a low remaining count gets reminded every 100 seconds to renew before being automatically dropped from the table.
