Description: Specifies whether the rapid recovery mode is set to on or off. If this object is set to ON then device will generate and accept query packets with src IP = 0 else in the OFF state, it would not.

What is wwpLeosMcastIgmpSnoopRapidRecoveryMode?

This turns rapid recovery mode on or off for this VLAN, defaulting to on; per the MIB's own description, when on the device will generate and accept query packets with a source IP of 0, and when off it will not. An admin turns this off if a network policy disallows zero-source-IP query packets, accepting slower recovery after a query-source failure in exchange.
