What is wwpLeosMcastGlobalStatsClear?

This is a write-only action object: setting it to clear resets the multicast statistics counters for every multicast-service filter entry on the device; setting it to none is rejected since that value is for display only. An admin uses this to reset all multicast counters device-wide before starting a fresh measurement window, as opposed to wwpLeosMcastStatsClear which clears just one VLAN.
