What is wwpLeosMcastFilterWKMFStMulticastActivate?

This configures whether Well-Known Multicast Frames in the ST-multicast range (224.1.x.x, per the MIB's own description) are flooded or dropped on this VLAN. An admin sets this to control handling of Stream Protocol (ST) multicast traffic separate from the other WKMF ranges.
