What is wwpLeosMcastFilterWKMFSdpSapActivate?
This configures whether Well-Known Multicast Frames in the SDP/SAP range (224.2.x.x, per the MIB's own description) are flooded or dropped on this VLAN. An admin sets this to control handling of Session Announcement/Session Description Protocol traffic used for multicast session discovery, separately from the other WKMF ranges.
