What is wsSwIpRouteEnable?

This enables or disables IP routing, Layer 3 forwarding, on the switch. Admins turn this on when they need the switch to route traffic between VLANs, turning a purely Layer 2 switch into a Layer 3 switch. An admin consolidating inter-VLAN routing onto this switch would set wsSwIpRouteEnable to true to activate its Layer 3 routing capability.
