What is wsInfraNtpTimeZone?

This DisplayString object configures the device's time zone from a specific supported list of named zones (such as America/New_York, Europe/London, or Asia/Tokyo) baked into the MIB's description. Admins set this so that locally displayed and logged timestamps reflect the correct regional time rather than UTC, which matters for correlating logs and alarms with local events. For example, setting this to 'Europe/Paris' on a device deployed in France ensures its syslog timestamps align with local wall-clock time.
