Description: This variable indicates whether a notification message should be sent when address changes

What is pushRplOnAddChg?

Read-write flag controlling whether a push notification message is sent to partners whenever a registered name's address changes. An admin enables this to have address changes propagate to partners quickly rather than waiting for the next scheduled replication.
