What is pPullPnrEntry?
Conceptual row of the pull-partner table, representing one remote WINS server (indexed by its IP address, pullPnrAdd) that this server pulls replicated records from. An admin adds a row here to configure a new pull-replication partner along with its schedule and precedence settings.
