What is cmdResetCounters?
Write-oriented command object that resets all WINS statistics counters back to zero; the value written is ignored, only the act of setting it matters. An admin uses this to get a clean baseline for the registration/query/release counters before a monitoring or test period.

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
