What is cmdPullTrigger?
Write-oriented command object that, when set to a remote WINS server's IP address, immediately triggers a pull replication from that server. An admin uses this to force an on-demand pull from a specific partner outside its normal schedule, e.g. right after fixing a connectivity issue.
