What is cmdDRPopulateTable?
Write-oriented command object that, when set to a WINS server's IP address, immediately populates the data-records table (cmdDRDataRecordsTable) with that server's owned records. An admin sets this before reading cmdDRDataRecordsTable to make sure the cached table reflects current data for the server being inspected.
