What is knownapEntryStatus?
Controls the lifecycle of a known-AP table row: active(1) marks a valid entry, createAndGo(4) creates a new entry, and destroy(6) removes it. Admins use createAndGo(4) to add a legitimate neighboring AP's MAC to the known list so it isn't flagged as a rogue.
