fraglength
Module: WG302
OID (symbolic): WG302::fraglength
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.4.6.2.1.8
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: This attribute shall indicate the fragmentation threshold.
What is fraglength?
Sets the maximum frame size (256-2346 bytes) before the AP fragments a wireless transmission into smaller pieces. Lowering this from the max can improve reliability on noisy links by reducing the amount of data that must be retransmitted after a corrupted frame.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.4.6.2.1.8 snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> WG302::fraglength
Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.4.6.2.1.8.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> WG302::fraglength.1
Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):
snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.4.6.2.1.8.1 i <value>
