Description: WAN health check state.
What is wanHealthCheckState?
Reports whether this WAN's configured health check is currently passing (success) or failing (fail). A device can show as physically connected yet still be marked unhealthy here if its health-check target is unreachable, which is often the real reason failover kicked in.
