vpnIndex

Module: VPN-MIB

OID (symbolic): VPN-MIB::vpnIndex

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1866.7.2.1.1.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: A unique value for each VPN. Ranges from 1 to (number of VPNs configured + number of clients configured). So, this table will not map 1-to-1 with the VPNs configured via VPNmanager when VPNRemote clients are configured as part of a VPN. Each client has it's own physical VPN on a VSU.

What is vpnIndex?

Read-only unique identifier for this VPN row; because each VPNremote client counts as its own physical VPN on the VSU, this index range (configured VPNs plus configured clients) won't map 1-to-1 with what's configured in VPNmanager when remote clients are in use.
