Description: OMI setpoint when AGC is on.

What is vlsTxSetOmi?

This read-write value sets the target composite OMI, in units of 0.1%, that AGC mode will maintain when enabled. Adjust this to control how hard the transmitter's laser is modulated once AGC is turned on.
