What is vlsTxLaserCurrent?

This reports the transmitter laser's bias current as a percentage of the current measured at factory calibration. Watch this over the device's lifetime, since it's expected to rise slowly as the laser ages, and an unusually rapid rise can signal a laser nearing end of life.
