What is vlsEdfaSwitchMode?

This configures how the EDFA's input selector switch behaves: forcing input A or B (vlsSwitchForceA/B), preferring one input with automatic failover (vlsSwitchPreferA/B), or preferring one input with a latching failover that won't automatically switch back (vlsSwitchPreferALatch/BLatch). An admin uses a Prefer/Latch mode to build a protected dual-input EDFA that survives a fiber cut without flapping back and forth.
