What is vlsEdfaMode?
This selects the EDFA's control mode: vlsEdfaModeApc(1) for Automatic Power Control, which holds output power constant, or vlsEdfaModeAcc(2) for Automatic Current Control, which holds pump current constant instead. An admin chooses APC for stable downstream signal levels or ACC when running near the amplifier's safe current limit.
