What is outGotBusys?
This read-only Counter tallies outgoing LAN connection attempts specifically rejected because all LAN channels on this system were busy, a subset of outRejects. High values here, especially alongside a high sec100pct, mean the system genuinely needs more channel capacity rather than having a network fault.
