What is lchInRecvSec?
This read-only integer is the total number of seconds LAN channels on this system were occupied receiving messages, the receive-side counterpart to lchInSendSec. Comparing the two shows whether a busy-channel problem is being driven mainly by this site sending mail out or by other sites sending mail in.
