Description: A textual description assigned by the user or the system integrator to uniquely identify the device in a system, e.g. rear driving camera, image processor etc. The object can be set (when the device is in the maintenance mode) by a manager to allow the description to be changed when the device is moved or its function reconfigured. The new value shall only become active after a reset or reboot.
What is deviceUserDesc?
A user- or integrator-assigned label uniquely identifying this device within a larger system, such as 'rear driving camera'. It's settable only in maintenance mode and only takes effect after a reset or reboot, so admins update it when a device is physically relocated or repurposed.
