Description: If the channel is a ROI, this object shall specify the top origin of the ROI. The object can be set to move the ROI and the relationship between this object and the other ROI objects shall determine whether the ROI is scalable and what scaling is required, as specified in Def Stan 00-82. If the channel is a service user, the relationship shall determine whether the image shall be scaled or cropped and how it is windowed on a display, as specified in Def Stan 00-82. If the channel is a service provider the value shall be 0.

What is channelRoiOriginTop?

If the channel is a ROI, its current top-origin coordinate in pixels; settable to move the region, or 0 if the channel is a full-frame service provider. Admins write to this to reposition a running ROI window vertically, e.g. to follow a moving subject.
