The overall relative state of this temperature point, on the same 1 (low failure) through 5 (high failure) scale used for ecmAgentVoltState, with 3 = normal. Drives the ecmAgentTempCritTrap/ecmAgentTempWarnTrap/ecmAgentTempNormTrap traps.
