What is viptelaHardwareNewState?
Reports whether a hardware component is now OK or failed, and is reused across several hardware fault traps (flash, eMMC, SD card, fan, fan tray, PEM, PIM, SFP, USB). An admin uses it together with the companion identifier field (like viptelaHardwareFanId) to know exactly which component just failed or recovered. The MIB defines this object with an empty DESCRIPTION string; the reading above is inferred from the field's name and its place in the notification's OBJECTS list.
