What is userInterval?

A read-write integer (0-1024) setting the averaging interval, in some device-defined unit, used to compute userIdle; the source gives no DESCRIPTION beyond the range. An admin would set this to control how long a window userIdle averages over, e.g. widening it to smooth out short spikes.
