What is tenSecondIdle?
A read-only integer reporting the CPU idle level averaged over the last ten seconds, a sibling of currentIdle under the same 'idle' branch; the source gives no further description. It's the short-window smoothed idle figure an admin would check to see if a load spike was a brief blip.
