Description: The time since the VGK server was started in the following format: hh:mm:ss, where hh - hours, mm - minutes, ss - seconds.
What is total?
Reports how long the VGK gatekeeper server has been running, formatted as hh:mm:ss. An admin reads this to confirm the server hasn't unexpectedly restarted, since a small uptime value after a reported outage confirms a crash and restart occurred.
