Description: How large the VGK event log file can grow before
it is closed and a new event log file is opened.
The format of the string is:
What is maxFileSize?
Sets how large the VGK event log file can grow, e.g. '20M' or '4560K', before it's closed and a new one opened. An admin sets a smaller value on a disk-constrained system to avoid a single log file consuming too much space.
