What is vdsx1TrunkLineBuildOut?
This read-write value sets the line build-out attenuation applied to this trunk's transmit signal: -15 dB, 0 dB, -7.5 dB, or not applicable. An admin adjusts this to compensate for cable length between the card and the far-end equipment or demarcation point, since too little attenuation over a short run (or too much over a long one) causes signal-quality problems.
