What is vdslPhysCurrLineRate?
Reports the data rate, in 1000 bit/s steps, actually in use on this VTU right now, which will be at or below vdslPhysCurrAttainableRate. Operators compare this against the attainable rate to see whether a line is running near its ceiling or has been deliberately capped below what the copper can support.
