Description: Indicates the maximum currently attainable data rate in steps of 1000 bits/second by the Vtu. This value will be equal to or greater than vdslPhysCurrLineRate. Note that for SCM, the minimum and maximum data rates are equal. Note: 1 kbps = 1000 bps.
What is vdslPhysCurrAttainableRate?
Indicates the maximum data rate, in 1000 bit/s steps, that this VTU's link could currently support given present line conditions; it will always be at or above vdslPhysCurrLineRate. A shrinking gap between attainable and actual rate is a useful early warning that a line's headroom is disappearing.
