Description:

Count of the line initialization attempts during the 1-day interval as measured by vdslPerf1DayIntervalMoniSecs. This count includes both successful and failed attempts.

What is vdslPerf1DayIntervalInits?

This counter tracks the total number of line initialization attempts (both successful and failed) that occurred during a 1-day collection interval on a VDSL connection. It indicates how stable the link is based on how many times the modem had to resynchronize. ISP support staff monitor this to detect unstable VDSL lines that repeatedly drop and reconnect, which indicates physical line problems or interference issues.
