What is vdslLineConfDownRateMode?

Controls whether the downstream data rate on lines using this profile is pinned to a fixed configured rate (manual) or automatically adapted to whatever the actual line quality supports at start-up (adaptAtInit). Operators usually leave this at the adaptAtInit default so the line negotiates the best rate it can, reserving manual for cases where a specific fixed rate is required.
