What is vdslLineMCMConfProfileTxBandStart?
This value gives the starting DMT tone (subcarrier) index that marks the beginning of a transmit frequency band in an MCM VDSL profile. Together with the corresponding band-stop value it defines the frequency range the VDSL modem is allowed to transmit on, and the standard requires it to be internally consistent (less than the stop tone) and not overlap other bands in the same profile. A profile defining an upstream transmit band might set vdslLineMCMConfProfileTxBandStart to tone index 33 as the low edge of that band.
