What is usdSubscrLocalPasswordPrefix?

This read-write UsdEnable indicates whether usdSubscrLocalPassword should be treated as just a prefix rather than the subscriber's full password, with the device appending local slot/port information to build the complete password. An admin enables it to apply a shared password pattern across many locally-configured subscriber entries rather than typing a unique full password for each. Enabling usdSubscrLocalPasswordPrefix means the actual authentication password sent to the RADIUS server will differ per interface even though the same prefix is configured.
