What is ux25StatRestartsRcvd?

A counter of Restart packets received on this interface. A rising count here indicates the far end (or the network) is resetting the whole link's virtual circuits, worth investigating if it happens often since it clears all active calls on the interface.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.429.1.10.11.1.8
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> UX25-MIB::ux25StatRestartsRcvd

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.429.1.10.11.1.8.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> UX25-MIB::ux25StatRestartsRcvd.1

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> ux25StatRestartsRcvd.1
