What is usrVHARegReqRcvd?
It counts the total number of RP Registration Request messages received by the PDSN since the last counter reset. An admin uses it as the top-level volume metric for registration traffic, comparing it against the various usrVHARegDen* denial counters to gauge the overall acceptance rate.
