Description: The dynamic SPI value obtained from the FACN

What is usrVHARNNDynSPI?

It reports the dynamic SPI (Security Parameter Index) value obtained from the FA/foreign agent (FACN) when dynamic RNN keying (usrVHARNNDynInfo) is in use. An admin reads it to see which SPI value is actually in effect for a dynamically-keyed security association, since it isn't set from the static configuration.
