Description: The name of the input filter for all VHA interfaces.
What is usrVHAInFilter?
It holds the name (up to 20 characters) of the input filter applied to all of this PDSN's VHA interfaces. An admin sets this to the name of a previously defined access filter to restrict which inbound traffic the RP interfaces will accept.
