Description: The major alarm threshold for usrVHAFailedSessionsValue gauge. Value of 0 disables this threshold. IF this object is set to a non-zero value equal or less than the current value of usrVHAFailedSessionsClearAlarmThresh, THEN usrVHAFailedSessionsClearAlarmThresh will be automatically reduced to a valid value. This value is set indirectly by setting usrVHAFailedSessionsMajorAlarmThreshPct Changing threshold values causes the alarm state to be re-evaluated. IF usrVHAFailedSessionsAlarmState is 'clear' and the current gauge value is equal or greater than this threshold, and the current gauge value is less than non-zero usrVHAFailedSessionsCriticalAlarmThresh, and the threshold is not zero, THEN usrVHAFailedSessionsAlarmState will change to 'major'. See usrVHAFailedSessionsAlarmState for TRAP generation details.
What is usrVHAFailedSessionsMajorAlarmThresh?
It is the major alarm threshold for usrVHAFailedSessionsValue, set indirectly via usrVHAFailedSessionsMajorAlarmThreshPct and kept at or below the critical threshold; a value of 0 disables it. An admin uses it as an earlier warning that session setup failures are climbing before they reach the critical level.
