usrSnmpTrapCommPoolValid
Module: USR-SNMP-MIB
OID (symbolic): USR-SNMP-MIB::usrSnmpTrapCommPoolValid
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.429.4.5.4.1.5
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-only
Description: A value of valid(1) means that the community pool assigned to this community exists. A value of invalid(2) means that the community pool assigned to this community does not exist.
What is usrSnmpTrapCommPoolValid?
This indicates whether the pool named in usrSnmpTrapCommPoolName actually exists on the device, valid or invalid. An admin cares because an invalid value signals that the trap community references a pool that no longer exists, which would prevent pool-based trap validation from working. For example, deleting a pool called trap-receivers while a trap community entry still references it would cause this object to report invalid.
