usrRemotePingCFMStatusFlag
Module: USR-REMOTE-PING-MIB
OID (symbolic): USR-REMOTE-PING-MIB::usrRemotePingCFMStatusFlag
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.429.4.37.1.1.5
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: UsrConfigStatus
Access: read-write
Description: Setting the value of this object to `save' causes the values of the Remote Ping Group to be written out to the current config file, which is stored in the usrRemotePingConfigFileName object. While the new ConfigFile is being written, the Remote Ping process will set the value of this flag set to `saving''. Any attempts to set the value while it is not `normal' (i.e. the file is currently being written to the ConfigFile) will result in a badValue error being returned. Setting the value to `normal' will result in no action.
What is usrRemotePingCFMStatusFlag?
Setting this to 'save' writes the current remote ping configuration out to the file named in usrRemotePingConfigFileName; the agent reports 'saving' while the write is in progress and rejects further set attempts with a badValue error until it returns to 'normal'.
