What is usrPPPoEPeerAddress?
This read-only string reports the MAC address of the subscriber peer for this PPPoE session. An admin uses it to identify which physical device or modem originated a given session, useful when tracing a problematic session back to a specific piece of customer premises equipment. For example, matching usrPPPoEPeerAddress against a customer's known modem MAC address confirms which subscriber's session corresponds to a given usrPPPoESessionID.
