What is usrMipHaDuplicateIPDiscs?
Read-only counter of disconnects due to a duplicate IP address, occurring when a mobility binding already exists with the same address being assigned to a mobile node. A rising count may indicate an IP address pool that's too small or a stale binding not being cleaned up properly.
