What is usrInverseARPNetAddress?
usrInverseARPNetAddress is the IP address that this Inverse ARP cache entry maps to the DLCI and physical address in usrInverseARPPhysAddress, per its description. An admin reads this to see which remote IP address was learned, or statically configured, as reachable over a particular DLCI on the Frame Relay link. For example, a row with usrInverseARPNetAddress of 192.0.2.10 tells an admin that address is reached via the DLCI encoded in that same row's usrInverseARPPhysAddress.
